All financial transactions on the winbox888 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal activities:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the winbox888 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, referral to relevant legal authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any time thereafter
• Accessing the Platform using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking software to circumvent geographic restrictions
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using automated software, bots, or any scripting tools to interact with the Platform
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to process funds of illegal origin
• Making chargebacks, reversals, or payment disputes without first contacting winbox888 support to resolve the matter

• 9.1 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• 9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of winbox888.

• Any loss of data, revenue, profit, or business opportunity

• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any of its Services
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or to adequately secure your account credentials

winbox888 provides the Platform and all Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

• Discovery that the registered Member does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3
• Chargeback or payment reversal initiated by the Member without prior engagement with winbox888 support
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, funds held in the account will remain frozen until the investigation is concluded. winbox888 will endeavour to complete investigations within 30 business days. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, funds associated with fraudulent or prohibited activity may be forfeited.

Members wishing to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting winbox888 support. Any genuine real-money balance (net of unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their verified payment method.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute, winbox888 encourages Members to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral bodies as determined by the Platform's operational jurisdiction.
